Research support, not an appraisal
AWB organizes evidence and calculations to support a decision. Research, price ranges, source notes, and agent-written content may be incomplete or wrong. Verify important facts before buying, selling, traveling, or relying on a value.
No purchasing authority
AWB does not bid, order, pay, transfer money, or hold marketplace credentials. Connecting an agent authorizes only the exposed AWB research tools within your workspace.
Your responsibilities
Use lawful content, respect source and marketplace terms, keep private details out of public Places, and do not attempt to access another account. Anyone holding a research capability link can read its selected fields, so review its preview before sharing, revoke links you no longer intend to work, and do not publish them as if they were passwords. You are responsible for the AI client and model provider you choose.
Service changes
AWB is evolving. Features, limits, retention behavior, and availability may change. Material trust-boundary changes should be reflected in these public pages and release notes.
